	- added desired filter # to the region line in rlist - this skips all other
		filters much like the region does.

	- edited specasc5 to look for ratio.? files in aut2/ratio and took care
		of the missing filter 7 (any missing ratio file really)
	- cleaned up more of the slist files and I think I have a working and 
		up-to-date slist, slc, sln for all years up to the first week in March 
		2005
	- backups are in aut2/slists
	- now we have ratio, column error codes in place shoulf I turn the crank 
		on all the previous data? - Could start with 2004?

	- continue wth migration of sfit2 - thule analysis to osX
	- move data to Lacie 60GB drive
	- update and or streamline all slist files by year - see slists folder
	- make a new slc.nn file
	- work with coad data for now - make nscan a special product
	- the new specasc5 wants a ratio file and finds on in folder ratio
	  for filters 1,2,3,4,5,6,8
	- specasc5 also will reduce the resolution to that in the cinput
	- now use Goddard exch_curtain files for zptw but on yampa for now
	-

We made some changes to fitbatch, fitone and fastcode this past summer.
These were incorporated into the scripts set up for SOLVE at /ur/coffey/sfit

I am now updating these scripts.

1. linepos added to fitone.inp
2. sed patterns updated in fitone, fasc, binputs
3. using fastcode v2.01a and using only one call with a new script, and input
    file so fasc0 & fasc1 replaced with fasc
4. using script fastc.k which only calls fastcode once with fasc
5. change temp.bnr3 to temp.bnr but its still the single FORTRAN write file
6. use HITRAN96
