Description of files containing model output

Model output is provided for the five simulations described. Each folder (or directory) represents a simulation that contains text (or ascii) files from each of the modeling groups. Note, that not all constituents from a model are in the output files, especially for the complex models (CAPRAM, CLEPS, GAMMA) that have hundreds of constituents. Units are given in the header. If time begins at t = 0, then 17.5 hours is added to the time.

In the Barth output files the chemical formulas are given as headers with the following explanations.
isop-OO   is peroxy radical from isoprene     = CH2CHC(OO.)(CH3)CH2(OH)
mvk-OO   is peroxy radical from MVK or MACR   = CH3COCH(OO.)CH2(OH)
PAN          is peroxyacetyl nitrate      = CH3CO(OONO2)
MPAN      is peroxymethacryloyl nitrate      = CH2C(CH3)CO(OONO2)
MACR      is methacrolein    = CH2C(CH3)CHO
MVK        is methyl vinyl ketone     = CH2=CHCOCH3
2n51        is an isoprene nitrate    = CH2CHC(OO.)(CH3)CH2(ONO2)
n002         is a general organic nitrate  
terp-OO   is peroxy radical from monoterpenes     
terp-OOH  is a peroxide from monoterpenes
macr-OOH   is a peroxide from methacrolein
HYDRALD-OO     is a peroxy radical from hydroxy aldehyde 
HYDRALD-OOH    is a peroxide from hydroxy aldehyde 
isop-OOH       is a peroxide from isoprene

In the CLEPS gas phase output, units are molecules/cm3. These values are converted to mol/mol using 2.145256e19 molecules/cm3 (based on the air density prescribed).
